Terms and Conditions of Green Pedal Tours (GPT)

Deposit
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking.

Payment
By credit card or direct deposit made payable to Green Pedal Tours.
Balance is required 30 days prior to Tour departure.
Upon receipt of deposit GPT will book and arrange your tour and forward a copy of tour notes and final invoice.

Cancellations
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing. If cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to Tour start, all monies will be returned less the non-refundable deposit. If cancellation is received 30 days or less prior to Tour start 50% of monies paid will be refunded. If cancellation is received less than 7 days prior to tour or while on tour due to illness, accident or other, 100% of cost will be forfeited.

Variations
GPT reserve the right to vary or cancel: tours, prices, dates, group sizes, accommodation, etc, due to weather conditions, emergency situations, road conditions, safety considerations, unavailability, or any other reasonable cause.

Insurance
Private health cover, ambulance cover, personal accident insurance or other are all strongly recommended. Travel insurance to cover unexpected need to withdraw is recommended.

Participants
For our tours, cyclists must be in good health and physical condition.
Children under 18 must have an adult accompanying them.

Consent
All participants are required to complete & sign an ‘Informed Consent Form’ which outlines some risks and responsibilities, prior to departure. Parents to sign on behalf of their children under 18 yrs of age.
